2. Information We Collect

Depending on the form or feature you use, we may collect:

• Your name, work email address, company, position, country or market, and phone, WhatsApp or WeChat contact details when you choose to provide them.
• Product interests, estimated quantities, project requirements, partnership interests, target markets and messages.
• Files submitted through the Partner application form. The current form permits one optional file of up to 10 MB in PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, JPEG or PNG format.
• Technical information associated with website use or a form submission, including IP address, browser or device information, referring and landing pages, consent choices and timestamps. Not every form record contains every technical field.
• Our correspondence, follow-up notes and your optional marketing preference.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information through our website forms or attachments.

We will use the request to stop future marketing to that address. Communications needed to answer an inquiry or manage an existing business relationship are separate from optional marketing.

We use a Partner-form attachment to assess and respond to the related cooperation inquiry. The file is handled with the related submission and follows the same retention criteria. Remove unnecessary personal or confidential information before uploading.

6. Who Receives Information

Information is available to authorized New Lights personnel who handle inquiries, partnerships, website administration, security or legal obligations. Current website processing also involves the following service categories:

• Website hosting and outbound mail routing: the website and its WordPress database are hosted in Hostinger infrastructure, and website messages are routed through the hosting environment to the company mailbox.
• Website software: WordPress, Elementor and Complianz provide the form, content and consent-management functions operating within the hosted website.
• External content: Google may receive device and request information when you consent to and load Google Maps or YouTube content.

We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights or handle a dispute.

7. International Processing

New Lights is located in China. If you submit information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, United States or another country, the information is transferred to and processed in China so we can respond to and manage your inquiry. Hosting, email-routing and external-content providers may also process information in locations used by their infrastructure.

Transfer arrangements vary by provider and destination. We do not state that a particular DPA, SCC, transfer impact assessment, UK IDTA or UK Addendum applies unless it has been confirmed for the relevant processing. 8. How Long We Keep Information

We do not apply one fixed period to every record. We determine retention by considering whether an inquiry or business relationship is active, whether the record is needed to answer follow-up questions, applicable legal, tax, accounting or recordkeeping duties, possible disputes or claims, security needs and the time required for backups to be rotated or overwritten.

Inquiry records, correspondence and attachments are retained according to those criteria rather than a preset number of days. When there is no continuing purpose or legal reason to retain a record, it should be deleted or anonymized as appropriate. Consent-choice cookies currently have a configured duration of 365 days. You may request deletion using the contact method below; legal conditions and exceptions may apply.
